Woodland Nymph

This is quite possibly one of my favorite art pieces I’ve created to date. It was actually never meant to be a stand alone piece, it just happened to come together as I was playing around in my sketch book. I love the softness of her face in contrast to the detailed feathers and flowers. It launched me into experimenting with toned paper and white pencil and opened up a whole new set of ideas for paintings and drawings.
